Change management

This seminar is intended to support both the management and the project managers and employees of the company in successfully implementing the changes resulting from the digital transformation and the resulting changes from software projects such as ERP, PLM, etc.
On the one hand, the seminar consists of theoretical basics and imparts knowledge on the topics of communication and motivation in the project, as well as possible measures for employee participation and qualification. It also includes group work and workshops on the key components of change, in which practical methods for implementation are developed together
