Digitalization and the ongoing change in markets and customers present companies with the challenge of not only developing innovation, but also implementing it successfully. But how does innovation come about in a company and what does it take for it to actually have an impact? The workshop is divided into two parts: In the first part, the basics of innovation management are taught, from the necessary framework conditions to suitable methods for developing innovation in the company in a targeted manner.
The second part focuses on implementation. Here it is shown how change management helps to bring innovations into the organization, involve employees and implement changes in a structured manner, even in more complex projects.
