Project description

This project was intended to help the company position itself for the future. To this end, the internal structures, the entire supply chain and the associated business and sales models were first to be put to the test in order to evaluate where there was potential in personnel structures, organizational structure, processes and the general structure of the value chain. Using quick check modules and the corresponding method kits for the various areas of a value chain, potentials in the structures were made visible and measurable in an industry comparison and short and long-term measures were derived. For example, the GCS team worked with the customer to develop and implement a practical solution for sustainable seasonal planning across all segments and including adjacent areas. As part of the integrated planning, a system audit was carried out and corresponding recommendations for action were drawn up.
