Project description:
In the project, the customer's existing warehouse management software was analyzed with regard to existing bottlenecks and various measures were defined. The customer's aim was to evaluate the weak points of the existing interface and to optimize the operational logistics processes along the new technical set-up.
The GCS consulting team recorded the current processes and bottlenecks, assessed weak points with the customer and the system provider and approved and prioritized the possible adjustments to the processes. Based on the concepts created and a targeted project management, the customer was able to implement the necessary measures so that the logistics processing for the subsequent seasonal business could be stabilized and aligned in terms of performance.Contact: Andreas Frankefranke@gcs-consulting.de
