Change is a natural part of growth, yet it often challenges us because our brains are wired to favor familiar patterns. Habits create well-established neural pathways that are metabolically efficient, but while habits make change difficult, they do not make it impossible. Every pattern of behavior can be reshaped and adapted.
Change management is the targeted process of change within a company. While this change can affect various aspects, it always starts with the same thing: Employees who agree to change their habits.
Change management can only bring about the desired change if management engages with every employee on a personal level.
In our projects, we support our clients in providing a basic roadmap for how change management can help prepare stakeholders and employees for changes in the company or projects. A meaningful vision, clear goals and transparent measures pave the way not only for change, but also for improvement.
At the same time, it becomes clear how the company can create the transformation and lay the foundation for successful projects.
