Project description:

In this project, we worked with the client to record and analyze its own merchandise management processes in order to review the scalability and future viability of the core processes in the areas of purchasing and merchandise management.

The aim was to identify optimization potential and evaluate possible scenarios for the further development of merchandise management. For this purpose, all core processes were documented in workshops after defining the corresponding goals and evaluated with regard to their scalability for further expansion. Based on this, scenarios were developed on how various measures can ensure scalability in the coming years from both a technical and organizational perspective. After evaluating these scenarios and making a decision within the company, the measures were detailed on the basis of a specific project plan and implemented over a period of 24 months.
