Project description
In the customer project, a target image was developed for the customer's IT landscape of the future. As a basis for this, the company's goals were defined with the department heads and management. Using a standardized method, GCS worked with the customer's employees to document processes in the specialist areas of purchasing & product range management, marketing, e-commerce, sales, service, finance and logistics and identify potential for optimization. The necessary functions were defined and prioritized based on the processes. From the interplay between processes, functions and priorities, the GCS team of consultants developed future proof IT landscape with different variants that enabled the client to decide on the type, scope and speed of implementation.
