As part of the project, we analyzed the customer's existing warehouse logistics and identified significant opportunities for optimization. In order to solve the capacity bottlenecks, it was decided to expand the existing logistics system by extending the warehouse and racking system and to introduce a warehouse management system for the logistics site. The customer's aim was to resolve the weak points in the warehouse logistics and to make the processes more efficient with better use of space. Using a standardized procedure, we carried out a tendering process and evaluated it with a proven fit-gap analysis of our methods. This enabled us to create a reliable basis for the client's decision. Together with the provider and the client, we then defined the processes in the system, modeled interfaces and successfully introduced the system.
