With increasing digitalization, the topic of master data is becoming more and more important. Automation, efficient processes and the use of AI can only be successfully implemented with high data quality. In addition, new legal requirements such as the Digital Product Passport (DPP) require master data to be raised to a new level of quality and maturity.

This webinar is aimed at managers, process designers and process participants from various areas of the company and offers a practical insight into master data management. It shows concrete solutions for the challenges in management as well as for the optimization of structures, processes and systems related to master data. In the beginning, the basics of master data management are taught. There are then two parallel in-depth sessions to choose from:

  • Article and material master data
  • Customer and distribution master data
