Project description

In this project, we supported the customer in reviewing their processes in the area of supply chain and quality management. In this sustainability-focused company, the first step was to define goals and then conduct an assessment of the current processes with the individual departments. Next, potential areas for improvement were defined and evaluated, and measures and solutions for the future were developed based on this assessment. The measures were then prioritized and concrete concepts for optimizing the supply chain were created and discussed.

Among other things, measures were outlined in the areas of organizational structures, processes in product management, development, and procurement, quality management, general system support through ERP and PLM systems, and the processing and evaluation of returns against the backdrop of establishing strategic returns management. All measures were transferred to a roadmap for subsequent implementation.
