The focus is on the strategic role of space, partnership-based space models between manufacturers and retailers and current challenges in managing different business models. Participants will receive practical input on product range, space and merchandise management and learn how digitalization options - from data-driven space management to EDI and the use of AI - can be used to sustainably increase transparency, efficiency and shared value creation.
