Project description
The starting point for this project was a consistently low level of digitization in all process areas. Accordingly, system support was to be improved in all processes (from "Purchase to Pay" to "Order to Cash").
In line with this objective, the GCS team of consultants determined and documented the functional, technical and organizational requirements in a systematic and efficient analysis process together with the stakeholders from the specialist departments.
Potential systems and implementation partners were identified on the basis of this requirements document and GCS's extensive industry experience.
In the targeted moderated workshops, the systems and providers were assessed in terms of their functional, cultural and organizational fits and then compared together with a corresponding monetary evaluation in a robust decision template.
