Habits create trails in the brain. Habits are "cheap" and metabolically they cost less. Nevertheless, we are not slaves to our habits, because every pattern can be modulated!

Change management is the targeted process of change within a company. While this change can affect various aspects, it always starts with the same thing: Employees who agree to change their habits.

Change management can only bring about the desired change if management engages with every employee on a personal level.
