The overall project comprises the selection and introduction of an ERP system in an outdoor group that includes various brand companies with globally active brands and mandates. After the software selection and implementation phases, the cutover phase with GoLive and HyperCare is probably one of the most challenging times in this type of project.
During this time, we supported the customer with planning, change management and all preparations for the cutover. The go-live was orchestrated together with the customer's project team and carried out with a view to minimizing risk with a complete software landscape of connected systems with PLM, logistics service provider, EDI (> 1000 connected customer POS) new ECM and BI and many other interfaces.
The subsequent HyperCare phase was moderated and all focus processes were successfully launched.
