Project description

As part of the project, we reviewed the customer's existing warehouse logistics and identified key opportunities for optimization. In order to eliminate bottlenecks in processing, it was decided to introduce a warehouse management system for the logistics site, in addition to increasing capacity by making changes to the warehouse structure

A standardized method was used to select the system and possible systems were evaluated with the help of our proven fit/gap check from our toolset. Once the decision had been made, we worked with the system provider and the customer to define the processes in the system and model the interfaces to the ERP system. After appropriate implementation and test phases, the system was successfully implemented, including an integrated shipping solution for B2B and B2C processing. After a short get well and optimization phase, the solution was transferred to stable operation.
