Project description

As part of the Future Concept Logistics project, returns management emerged as a separate area to be examined in more detail. The main problems here were a lack of transparency on returns - among other things due to inconsistent inventory management.

After a detailed analysis of the existing processing, the GCS team was able to develop a practical solution for a future-proof returns processing system - for the requirements of B2B as well as B2C and online customers. The solutions developed were then jointly implemented in the context of a holistic view of the customer's existing and future IT infrastructure.
