Project description

Our team of consultants carefully examined the project documents for an upcoming new B2B and B2C logistics project. By reviewing the concept, the planning assumptions and our own data analyses, we were able to validate key performance indicators with regard to future processing. Based on the data and the designed semi-automated logistics planning, individual recommendations were made with regard to target figures, technology selection, layout and space, personnel requirements planning, project budget and project planning. In addition, the existing investment estimates were examined in detail and evaluated with additional comparative calculations. Based on the logistics planning that had already taken place and our review, the client received an additional/differentiated picture of the lines of action for decision-making. As a result of our review, the client was able to make an informed decision about possible adjustments to the concept.
